Emptiness: A void or vibe

The riches of life cannot be felt if we don't allow ourselves to hear the echoes coming from our hearts. Everyone speaks but not everyone listens to the heart where those words are formed, most of our intentions are reflected in our words and more of our thoughts reflect as echoes that flow into the universe.

Thoughts are produced through thinking and I'm kind of a horizontal and vertical thinker, and I like a spacious room more of a semi-empty room; where I can think without barriers. Maybe because I involve my eyes when thinking and if my visions don't travel far it won't make out something. So, in the quiet expanse of this spacious room, emptiness takes on a subtle melody—a vibe that resonates with my soul. Even my walls breathe, not with the weight of clutter, but with the freedom of openness. It's a canvas waiting for thoughts to paint their masterpiece.  And talking is not cheap for most of us introverts; so we choose the stillness of our rooms to talk to our souls.  This becomes an avenue to make ourselves empty and not allow the world to load us with the baggage of worries and grief.

Emptiness is not all about a spacious room, it also pertains to the ability to make the mind and soul void of unnecessary things that wearies them.  As one sinks into the serenity of this emptiness, there's a peculiar love affair that unfolds. It's not a void to be filled, but a space to be embraced—a sanctuary for the mind to stretch its wings. The absence of chaos becomes a companion, a silent confidant that whispers the sweet symphony of introspection.  These are songs and sounds of Inlook where we get to self-examine our thoughts and motives to make sure they conform to the benefits of humanity and most importantly to demolish guilt in us. Embracing the sounds of freedom in your heart without allowing the world to take it from you is a form of consciousness. This consciousness is created in the place of emptiness because there will be a need to let go of every lie we have ever heard about peace and create a new space for peace that has no attachment to it.

In this empty room, where echoes bounce gently off bare walls, the mind finds solace in its unburdened state. The emptiness becomes a muse, an inspiration for creativity to flourish. Thoughts, once confined by clutter, now dance freely in the vastness of the room, each step echoing a sense of liberation. The mind when put to good use produces freedom that can never be destroyed by any external circumstances. This freedom cannot be lost even though the external words becomes too chaotic.

Moreover, Love for emptiness is not a rejection of substance; rather, it is an acknowledgment of the profound impact a clear space can have on the human psyche. It's a recognition that sometimes, within the void, clarity emerges. Like a solitary tree standing tall in an open field, the mind finds strength in simplicity. Unlike the illusion that the more brutal one's life is the more blessed their reward will be, this is a bigoted opinion between pleasure and pain that has created great social discrepancies. The latter creates simplicity whereas the former creates insanity of morality where you cannot think beyond what your soul requires, which eventually hampers your vision. Beyond anything, your soul needs satisfaction not suffering created by opinions that distort the essence of humanity. That is why we must pay keen attention to the things we listen to.

Figuratively, let your mind be the spacious room. Let it become a thinking haven—a place where ideas can unfold and bloom without the constraints of a crowded mind.

Inside your mind, let shadows of thoughts put graceful silhouettes on the untouched floors of your amygdala. Let the rooms of your mind be devoid of excesses, till it echoes with the subtle hum of serenity. Let it become a house, with its wide-open windows, inhaling the essence of solitude. Emptiness will become a solemn song, a rhythm that pulsed through the air, leaving room for imagination to dance.

During this period we automatically cleanse ourselves and our minds. We deliberately choose emptiness over carrying the weight of the word on our shoulders. It is an intentional act that seems difficult at first, but as time goes on we become used to it. The goal is to make the mind as simple as it can be.

So, emptiness is not absence; it is a canvas waiting for the strokes of inspiration to create a masterpiece. In this quietude, one discovers that emptiness, too, is a vibe—a soothing rhythm that harmonizes with the melodies of creativity and contemplation.
